Signup4Peace
Plain-language terms

A declaration, not a membership.

These terms explain what signing means, how aggregate counts may be used and the limits of the project.

What you sign

You add your voice to this statement: “I am against war and support peaceful ways to resolve conflict.” You do not join an organisation, choose a conflict side, donate money or promise future action.

Statistics and interpretation

Totals show participation in Signup4Peace. They are not opinion polls and must not be presented as proof of what an entire population believes. Country totals are published only after a safety threshold.

Acceptable use

Do not automate signatures, manipulate counts, interfere with the service or misrepresent Signup4Peace as endorsing a political party, government, military actor or conflict side.

No guarantee of outcome

Signup4Peace cannot promise that signatures will change a government decision or stop a war. The project provides a civic signal and a basis for peaceful public advocacy.

Privacy and changes

See the privacy page. Material changes to these terms should be dated and explained.
